Great pizza, great staff, so glad this Millard staple is back!!!

Best pizza in the Omaha area! We love it! Great atmosphere.

About a week ago we were helping our parents who brought out some pizza they'd ordered. It was hamburger. The crust looked homemade, was the perfect combo of thin & thick, the meat crumbly but not too tiny & just the right amount of sauce. Took a bite, & we both said, "Mmm, yummy." Now, normally we don't order hamburger pizza, but this was GOOD!! They said they'd picked it up at Bernie's. We used to love ♥️ getting garlic cheese bread there, & are pleased to hear they have relaunched, supposedly with the original Bernie himself at the helm on launch night. (?) If so, he's cool. Think we'll go get some more Bernie's pizza tomorrow for dinner. 🙃

best pizza hands down. ORIGINAL MOM AND POP STYLE. Still owned by Bernie great guy. everything made fresh even the hamburger and ranch sauce. BEST garlic bread ive had any where. Totally affordable. A REAL BIT OF OLD TOWN MILLARD.

Great pizza, was not disappointed. I will say they are a bit off the beaten path, so it's a hidden gem in Millard!

Great pizza reasonable price

A friend told me about the original Bernies 12-13 years ago and it was our ‘go to’ pizza place until Bernie retired 4 years ago. Same friend told me Bernie’s had reopened now run by his nephew. So yesterday I found their menu on FB and much to my dismay anchovies weren’t listed as side additions. So I emailed and was told “just tell them you talked to me” as they were a special order. So life is good...anchovies can be had at Bernie’s you just need the secret code. His nephew is using Bernie’s original recipes so it’s just like the old days.

Best pizza in Omaha, that's a locally owned business. Bernie's the best. Amazing crust, lots of cheese and topping, all done the old fashioned way in a gas brink over. Try the homemade garlic cheese bread. It's to die for.

A dark day when the old man retired. He was bought out and it just wasn't the same. Lo and behold the family is back. Best mom and pop pizza in town.

First of all, I have to tell you that this is a take-out only pizza place. Long-time residents will remember Bernie's Pizza as an actual sit-down restaurant, but that closed in 2015. This take out venue, I understand, is the same pizza recipe. We lived in Millard for almost 25 years, and I regret we never dined there. While we waited half an hour for our pizza, (You, knowing that this is take-out only, will call in your order ahead of time and be given a suggested pick-up time), we ordered garlic cheese bread. It was phenomenal, made from freshly homemade bread. We took some home as well, but I would love to see Bernie's as a sit-down restaurant again, if just to enjoy that bread hot out of the kitchen. There is a low couch to sit on while you wait for your order. The pizza is a thick bread-like crust, and our Bernie's Supreme was piled high with toppings. On Google Maps, you will find other entries for Bernie's, but those are outdated and wrong. This is the place you're looking for.

The new owners made the pizza better then ever! I have been coming back almost once a week. My little girl loves the cheese bread. My favorite is the meat lovers pizza.

The Original Bernie's is just that...the old school Bernie's we all loved! The family is back in business with the old recipe and the pizza is as good as ever! Take out only, but it is so good! If you were a fan of the real Bernie's, do yourself a favor and get this pizza to go.

Great classic style pizza that makes me think of the way they used to make them back in the day. and all the toppings are even across the pizza.

Wonderful always

This place was pretty good, but it was better when the old owner had it. One very nice thing they did for us around closing time was give as a free slice of pizza for us to try.

These 3 Ralston guys are going above and beyond to build on and grow the old reputation of Bernie's Pizza! The Pizza is AWESOME! My kid LOVES the wings! The atmosphere is the same ole' joint only more friendly! I found out these guys are old school St Gerald's kids that remember Father Dorsey who married me and my wife! Give them a try and you won't be sorry.

Great pizza again

I ordered a pizza over the phone for carry out and when I got to Bernie's they said the order never got put in. This is under the new management. I asked to speak to a manager or an owner and they told me they weren't there. I asked for an owner's email address and they were clueless again.

Since Bernies closed I've changed jobs twice, met and married my wife and now we have a baby on the way. But now that I hear Bernies has reopened with the real original Bernie, I can finally realize true happiness again. I've literally been laughing maniacally for the last 10 minutes and I'm even tearing up a little bit. When I awoke this morning I had absolutely no intention of putting on pants today, but now that I know Bernie is out there waiting for me I have no choice but to find him

Great pizza at a little higher price. I did not like the sourdough cheese bread, but others might. The brownies are awesome but make sure they ring them up at the correct price, lol.Great pizza guys and gals! Keep it up and you will be back on "top" soon enough!!

My family has been going to Bernie's since I was a kid! They have AMAZING pizza and the best garlic bread I've ever had! Now that I'm an adult with my own family, I still frequent there, even though we live on the opposite end of Millard! SO worth the drive!

Just like the old Bernie's we all knew and loved. Order the supreme and was supremely happy lol. Came out piping hot. Great fresh topping and a crisp delicious crust. The sauce is good and flavorful... Only complaint is it could have used a dash more sauce. Still amazing!!!!
